By booking with us, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation & Refund Structure

Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival:
Full refund of advance payment (excluding service charges). -
Cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival:
50% refund of advance payment. -
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival:
No refund applicable.
(You may adjust these timeframes based on your business policy.)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

No-show on arrival date

Early departure from the tour

Cancellation due to personal reasons after tour start

Natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original payment method.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Any transaction or service charges deducted by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
6. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to reschedule your tour, we will try to accommodate changes subject to availability. Any additional cost will be borne by the traveler.
